How to use Admin
Summary
- You need the following to be able to use the admin, manager-beta.racetracker:
- A password and a username. Contact Race Tracker to get this.
- A PC or mobile telephon with a browser and internet access.

What do the columns mean:⌁

| Bib | Bib number |
| Firstname | First name. Click on it to change it. |
| Lastname | Last name. Click on it to change it. |
| Tracker ID | The trackers ID-number. The ID number is printed at the front of the tracker. Every participant must have a unique tracker ID. Every participant may carry two trackers. |
| Batt | Battery status: In this case the low battery thershold is set to 15%. This can be adjusted in the top left corner of the page. If the battery level dropps below 15% the low battery icon appears. |
| GPS | GPS coverage. Number lines indicate signal strength. |
| Last Position | An icon to indicate how old the position is will appear if the postion is older than 10 minutes. The treshold may be changed in the field on top of the page. If the GPS-sinal is weak and the position is inaccurate the filed will be empty. |
| Status | Active: Everyone in the race are shown as Active. They are shown on the map and in the leaderboard. DNS: Did not start. Participants not taking part in the race. They are not shown on the map or in the leaderboard. DNF: Did not finish. THey are not shown on the map and their names can be found at the bottom of the leaderboard. Crew: Crew are shown on the map, but not on the leaderboard. Finished: If a participant has finished. |

Remove a participant⌁
We do not remove participants, we simply hide them from the map. If they do not show up at the start we set them as DNS. If they pull out during the race we set them DNF. If we have given a participant the wrong status we can simply change the status to the correct and the participant will show up again.
Change tracker⌁
Firstly we remove the old tracker assignment. We do this by pressing the red “-” to the right of the tracker ID. Secondly we enter the new tracker ID in the now empty field. To finish the process we pre the green “+”

Set the filter to show only the active participants:

- "How old is a position?" The time stamp of the last position is shown in the column "Last Position".
- "Why is the participant name not showing in the leaderboard?" The participant status is set to DNS or DNF.
- "How do I hide participants who are DNS or DNF from the participants list?" Use the the filters in the pull down menue directly above the list. Set "Status= Active".
- "How do I change tracker assignment?" Remove the old tracker assignment by pressing "-" to the right of the tracker ID. Write the new tracker ID in the empty field and press "+"
- "How do I remove a participant from the map?" Remove a participant by changing their status. Set status to DNS or DNF.
