FAQs
- "Where can I see the map?" All maps are found here map.racetracker.no
- "What does the exclamation mark mean?" This means that the position is old. This may be caused by poor cell coverage in the area, empty battery or the tracker not moving.
- "Why is participant "X" not showing on the map?" He or she is either DNS or DNF or not participating in this race.
- "How do I add a name tag to my favourite dot on the map?" This can be done in two ways: The easiest it to tick the box to the left of the name in the leaderboard. The other way is to click on the name in the leaderboard. On the pop-up follow the "LINK TO ATHLETE". A new window is opened and your favourite is allways marked.
